The Aim of this topic is to familiarize you about robotics and the current techniques applied in the robotics contest held in Kenya. The case study will also help you understand where we are coming from towards making a robot with vision in our “Image Processing and Object Tracking Robot”.
Why the Line Tracking Robot Case study?
In the past few years that robotics contest has been held in Kenya, Line Tracking has been the primary mode used to achieve the objectives set by the judging team. So it was only fair if I did a case study on a robot based on line tracking. The Robot on this case study was one of the winning robots in the contest held at KICC in May 2016.
The attached document(s) details the construction and the programming of the robot.
